You can download free application for picture transformations here. This in not anti functional program, it has all parts of 

pixeling transformation of paid image program (two type of pixeling transformation) and one type of vector transformation. It is only for photos.

If you want paid apps for all multimedia, they are all here in shop. The image program has a very good vectors transformation options. With vector transformations you have a better experience for images or videos and more possibilities for transformations.

For video and music transformations is here good program for converting and here are also filters for this program. If you ask me over email I can recommend also free encoders by downloading them from internet, if you don't have them already on system. You need them for converting video files.

For music transformations we don't need encoders. We need only converter between WAW and MP3 format if you like MP3.
