You can download free application for picture transformations here. This in not anti functional program, it has all parts of 

pixeling transformation of paid image program (two type of pixeling transformation) and one type of vector transformation.

If you want paid apps, they are all here in shop. The image program has a very good vectors transformation options. With vector transformations you have a better experience for images or videos and more possibilities for transformations.

For video transformations i have free program for converting and my program is filter for this program. I recommend to search internet to get Direct show encoders for video and music, if you want to convert multimedia movies files to files (here I can help you).

For music transformations we don't need encoders. We need only converter between WAW and MP3 format if you like MP3.
